Michelle at Northern Beaches is a proper GEM! She is always so bubbly, kind, enthusiastic, and fantastic at her job! She always looks after her customers and makes sure we get amazing service with a beautiful smile and hot, fresh food. She deadset needs a pay rise. This beautiful woman is worth her weight in gold and should be bloody managing the joint!! What a legend for giving such an amazing experience, unlike any other chain I've been to! The past few times we have come in Michelle has served us. And every time without fail she is so lovely and always has top service she always has a smile on her face and asks us about how our nights have been which takes the service experience from 100 to 1000 from us we love you Michelle thanks for always serving our late night sweet treats (p.s she deserves a raise she goes above and beyond)

Very polite staff. Young boy in box with curly hair served me he was very helpful. Food was given out by a short blonde crew coach and was very sweet as well. Food was hot and fresh. Love this Maccas

I think the food is slowly improving. The fish burger used to be dry, flat & crunchy due to sitting on the shelf too long. Bun used to be rubbery due to incorrect steaming.. but now it's much better. Hope it keeps up :)

A young teenage girl, with the name Kairyn on her back was extremely friendly. Had the best service ever, i received my order extremely fast. had a small chat with her and found out she was running the shift. She did awesome!!
